Q: The game doesn’t start. The loading bar freezes in the middle.

A: Check your web-browser’s version. Creatur.io uses WebAssembly technology that it supported by:
Chrome: version 57 and higher
Firefox: version 52 and higher
Opera: version 44 and higher
Microsoft Edge: version 16 and higher
Safari: version 11 and higher.

We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox for better performance.

Also, be aware that at the moment Creatur.io supports only following operating systems:
Windows (7 and higher)
MacOS (10.8 and higher)
Linux
Chrome OS.

Mobile devices are not supported by the moment but in the nearest future we will be releasing our game on iOS and Android. Yarrrr!

Q: The game runs very slow while I have a decent computer and play other games with no problems.

A: Firstly, make sure you are using the latest versions of web-browsers. If updating them doesn’t help, it seems that your browser turned off the hardware acceleration due to your old video card or its outdated drivers.

We advise you to update drivers from the official site of your video card’s manufacturer. Then reboot your computer and try to launch Creatur.io in Firefox or Chrome browsers.

If you’re using a notebook with both integrated and discrete video cards, we recommend switching onto discrete one for our game.

Q: The game processes my input too slow. Feels like there’s a high input lag.

A: Take a look at the Ping parameter at the bottom left corner of the game screen. The more ping you have — the more delay you get.

For the optimal gameplay you need to choose a server with the lowest ping.
